Service Description

Parents & Kids Fitness classes offer the busy parent a chance to forget work and other distractions to spend quality time with your children. Instead of sitting on the couch, come on come outside for a 45 minute workout that not only challenge you and your family but you will have fun doing it. All kids must be over the age of five. Every class bring a yoga matt.
